Our stay was lovely. The hotel is in a perfectly central location. Restaurants and shops just outside the front door. The staff covered all of our questions at check in and even walked us to our Uber pick up spot when we left. Absolutely no complaints!

We had a large and very comfortable room with a coffee maker which was a nice touch. It was also my birthday during our stay and came back one afternoon to a lovely cake compliments of the hotel.
The reception and breakfast room staff were a credit to the hotel making us so welcome and looking after us.
The breakfast room was spotless and the buffet displayed beautifully.
We used the lounge bar a few times and the service was very friendly there too.
The hotel is in a great location with the riverside and Baixa centre easily within a short walk.

This hotel is my first one that I could not mention any thing that would make me uncomfortable or upset. It locates in the center of old city. Restaurants, shops, transportation, and the historic places are all in the walking distance. It is the first hotel that I would sing the praises to the receptionists. There are so knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive, respectful, and professional. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good. My stay was great.
