It's not what you see

It is unfortunate to take a group of kids on their end-of-year trip and find the sheets and towels dirty. They were placed in a separate wing of the building and there were even doors with the frame exposed with a crack the size of a hand. They offer breakfast but little and not even remotely hot water. The staff was fantastic to solve all the problems that the kids found, the pool was green at the end of June, there were rooms that barely fit the two beds and without a closet. I do not recommend it, although the photos they posted and the comments were fantastic, that was not the case.

New hotel, beautiful, clean. Most of all: fantastic and kind staff always ready to help. Huge thank you Alexandre for your kindness and tour help. Thank you Mariana for the info provided. If you want to be close to the sea: this is the place to be. If you prefer downtown Lisbon it would be better to stay in the center. Only problem: we were woken up EVERY single morning at 5:30 am by 2 dogs in front if the hotel, barking and howling. Just terrible.
