Room is clean, but the heater is still a little bit not enough. There is no reception, you have to walk around 10 mins to the counter which is inconvenient in winter

No room service until I asked for it. I stayed 7 nights and they made the room once. The room was not comfortable as it looks on the website.

The room was quite small and the location wasn’t as convenient especially when it’s snowing. It’s like a 10 min walk to the check in hotel. But they do let you store luggage are the check in spot and let me check in early once the room was ready, which was nice!

The room was clean, and the bed was good. The hotel is close to a large shopping mall and 5 min. walk to the city center.
If you are just looking for a bed and a shower, this is convenient, as there are no services (like a bar and restaurant) at the hotel. Next door, however, there is a Chinese restaurant. You can get breakfast at Santa's Hotels Santa Claus, a 10 minute walk from the hotel. This breakfast is 14 euros.
Please be aware that you need to pick up the key at the Santas Hotel, a 10-minute walk away. Upon arrival, this was a little unclear to me. So, go there first, so you don't need to go back and forth.
I forgot my gloves at the hotel, and the employees were very helpful in sending them to me. This was great!
The hotel was a bit expensive compared to the standard, but Rovaniemi is a costly city overall. Be aware of that also when planning a visit.
