Great experience

A good place to stay when visiting Tacloban city.
The hotel itself is beautiful, their staff have prompt service, their food taste great, good wifi connection, & facilities are all working. Everything at a reasonable price.
Consider this place to stay and experience the way I did.

Great Hotel!

I could compare this similar to luxury hotel with a reasonable price. Great location, free breakfast, friendly staffs- guests will surely love. The hills across is a plus, transportation is available anytime and getting around is not so difficult. Recommended to all travelers. My one night stay there was sooo good because the bed is so comfortable

Unaccommodating

Bad experience. Very disappointing. Did I mention that their bathroom didn't have a shower curtain? It may be a budget hotel, but certain amenities are necessary in any hotel, including shower curtains. Unaccommodating staff and management. Food wasn't good either.

Lesson learned. Never going back.

Am a frequent visitor of Tacloban.Checked in for the night cuz my trip lasts only half a day. We were 4 people, my friends and me. Our room, which cost like the regular 3k something, and had free breakfast for 3 people.
The bed was right on hard despite being 10 inches thick.
The worst part of our stay? Yes we did not have any problems regarding the additional payment for one person for breakfast. But it was when, on the time of our checking out, the staff suddenly charged us P500! I mean WHY? Their reason: Additional person. WTF. They did NOT even inform us that they were gonna charge us because kf such simple reason. Plus, we did not even get an extra bed for it! I will NEVER RECOMMEND this.

5 star accommodations at 2 star prices

I travel all over the Philippines and I can honestly say, this is the best Hotel I have stayed in. CLN is absolutely beautiful and it feels I am in a U.S. Hotel. The staff is very friendly and for only 1600 php per night, this is the place to stay in Tacloban.
