The Lihim hotel resort staff was exceptional. Wanted to highlights Two specific employee Keiana & Ace they both excelled at high customer service satisfaction, both going above and beyond to prepare, take care of all of my needs while on vacation at resort. Keiana is a highly valued employee, She deserves recommendation for her superb service. She is excellent candidate for teaching & training other hotel staff
I would return, stay again only due to the high quality of superb hospitality I received while on vacation at your resort.

A jewel in the crown of El Nido
We stopped off here after a beautiful stroll along the beach and were immediately welcomed by Frank, an extremely polite and informative young man. He informed us about the area and provided service with an amazing smile. I would recommend you try this place out in a beautiful corner of Lihim resort.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The employees were attentive, hospitable, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The villas are extremely homey, beautifully maintained, and offer a relaxing atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every time.
