Great stay! Hostess Luz was attentive and it was a smooth check in /stay

We stayed before and after our trip to machu picchu. Overall good experience—our first room on the second floor was a bit cramped, but our second room on the fifth floor was very nice and spacious. Breakfast is included and very yummy. A great budget option especially of you are leaving cusco for a tour. Luz was an awesome hostess! So sweet and attentive and watched our bags multiple times!!

Good accommodation

It is very well located, close to the statue of Pachacutec.
It has restaurants and spaces very close by. We stayed in a triple room, very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is very good. It has an elevator.
The wifi is good in the common spaces and the room.

Great value for money

We stayed there for 2 nights and left for the inka trail. David was super accommodating and kept some of our stuff there. We came back for a third night after the trail. The rooms were clean and tidy. Great adorable option 6 minutes from the center with a taxi.

Good cost-benefit

Honest hotel to spend the night, at a good price. The rooms are a good size. It is outside the historic center of Cusco, but close by car. Helpful attendants and ready to help with whatever is necessary. Only the breakfast left something to be desired.

Bad experience

Terrible service, we asked for a double room and they gave us one with two beds, a double bed and a square bed and a half. They didn't give us towels, soap or shampoo. We had to request towels and they told us that they did not provide soap or shampoo. In the room there was a Hyundai television and its voice assistant "turning up the volume" was extremely annoying, it even read the description of the movie on Netflix. The next day, at 10 a.m. There were many guests who were left without breakfast. Nowhere do they indicate the time for breakfast, either verbally or in writing. And if you got up early for breakfast this is super basic. I honestly do not recommend this place for anyone looking for good memories in Cusco.
