Good value Great owners

The motel is a short walk to the beach front and eating places. The room was clean and very comfortable. Slept well in the comfortable bed
Had everything we needed for the two nights
Had a drama with our hybrid car and the owner went out of his way to get onto a friend who gave us advise over the phone to get us on our way

Don't Bother

A very small room was supposed to be a superior the standard room was even smaller.it was supposed to have a kitchen, but this was a microwave. Would not recommend this hotel, there are many better on the seafront. Napier is well worth visiting. One advantage is that it is centrally located, close to the town centre and the front.

Thanks for your review, the travel agent booked superior studio for you and we never advertised superior studio has a kitchen.
During your stay you did mention about the type of the room and we showed you all the room types and the different, we did not know you need a kitchen and you need big room we just received the booking from the travel agent, so when you making you complain and gave us a review like this above it is not fair and nice. You should let the travel agent know you like big room and kitchen before the agent book your room.

It was handy to Various Restaurants...walking distance to the Bay.. .handy to the Shops...Very clean units ... and friendly ..helpful staff
