You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. Please note check-in during the Winter season is from 14:00 - 20:00. This applies from 1st May - 31st September. For the Summer season, check-in is from 14:00 - 21:00, and this applies from 1st October - 30th April. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
