Great short break
The location is great. A few minutes walk and you reach the dike with an endless view over the sea. About an hour drive to Rotterdam, half an hour to Antwerp. The houses are arranged (in the same architectural style) on a very long road on both sides. One side has water access, the other side looks out over the dike. We had understood it through the pictures that the house is right on the water. So we were a little disappointed. One should pay close attention to the text in the description.
Our house had a sauna, a sun shower, a whirlpool bath and was used by us abundantly. The stairs were very steep (but no problem for us). The house itself actually offers little storage space. The catering for 10 people was distributed as best as possible in all barriers, the rest (esp. drinks) were stored on the floor in the living room. There is no extra room for groceries near the kitchen. The bedrooms are rather cramped. We left the suitcases in the utility room. However, this left enough space. We really liked the gas fireplace. However, we had difficulty getting the heating running permanently, so the lower bedrooms stayed cold rather than warm. In addition, there were several (min. 10) Power outages until the raclettes get hot. Socket sockets are generally in short supply in the living room. The WLAN varies between 135 Mbits/s (i.e. very fast) and non-existent. So depending on the requirements, it can be quite catastrophic. For a relaxing holiday but no problem.
We really liked the warm welcome in the central reception. This was very nicely decorated and in addition, mulled wine, cocoa and Berliner were distributed free of charge via a specially furnished stand. Rockets were allowed to be launched in submitted zones on New Year's Eve - a great atmosphere right on the water.
We would definitely come back.

Quiet location but rather mediocrity in the house
Quiet complex and for us the location was fine as we made many trips from the site by car.
What we didn't like so much
Stairs to the upper floor already very steep and narrow steps. Not easy for the elderly.
No fly screens on the patio doors or windows as a result, ventilation in the evening is not possible.
The front gate to the fence was always stuck. A simple warped wooden gate. The way to the front door with split ensures dirt in the house.
Far too little storage space for the wardrobe in the bedrooms. Shelves were available but hardly possibility to hang anything.

Nice location but staff does not think along.
Last time I wanted an ice cream in the afternoon this was not possible because it was less than 5.30 pm. Staff do not really think along with the customers very sorry.
