Great rooftop and spacious rooms, but service needs improvement
Unfortunately, the service was below what I would expect from a Hilton. The staff did not seem particularly attentive to details. We had to ask for shampoo and shower gel because they had not been replenished. During housekeeping, the bar of soap we had been using was also thrown away. When we asked for a replacement, we were told that the hotel had run out of soap and was waiting for a new supply. These may seem like small details, but they are surprising for a hotel of this category.
The Executive Lounge was also somewhat disappointing, both in terms of atmosphere and the selection of food and drinks, especially compared with other Hilton lounges we have experienced.
Overall, the hotel has good facilities, spacious rooms and an excellent rooftop bar, but the service and attention to guests need improvement to fully meet the standards expected from the Hilton brand.

The location is good.
The overall atmospher is relaxing and friendly
The front desk was friendly and helpful.
The housekeeping was a big disappointment to me even though having booked a Delux King Room my room had very little amenities like only one large towl and 2 coffees and then some days it will be refilled and the other days not.
Also,I booked an executive king room with private garden,When I checked in I was notified that the room was not avaliable,had to settle for another room and that room had the same issues with housekeeping.
Spending alot of Money for a total of 5-Rooms for 4/5 ,I expect more.
