We had an excellent stay at Riad Viva. The riad is very cozy, full of charm, perfectly maintained, and ideally located: quiet while being just a few minutes' walk from the medina. A true haven of peace after the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.
A huge thank you to Saad, who took care of us throughout our stay. Always smiling, available, kind... he greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable.
A little anecdote that will remain etched in our memories: during our stay, Morocco won its World Cup match. The night was very short as the celebrations animated the city! But seeing the joy of Saad and all the Moroccan people was an exceptional moment that we were lucky to share. An authentic experience that we will never forget.
We recommend this riad with our eyes closed and will return with great pleasure!

Very nice riad

A very good welcome mint tea welcome.
A really caring staff for you.
Ali prepares breakfast trays from 8am and watches over the lodgers at night.
Leïla prepares pancakes and other treats for our lunches
Azia and Fatima take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the rooms.
Meriem which manages the entrances and exits of the excursions are offered as well as the possibility of Tajine meals.
Bedrooms 2 on the ground floor and 5 on the 1st floor.
Very spacious double rooms 2 pers and a seating area
Television in the rooms but
Bad connections really boring.
Beautiful roof terrace with deckchairs tables chairs small pool really nice.
Located 10 15 minutes from Jemaa el Fna Square heard slightly the call to prayer at 6:40 am.
Cars do not reach the riad they stop +/- 400 meters from the riad , but there are luggage carriers .

hidden Gem

wow, such a lovely place! it's a hidden Gem. The staff were really nice and friendly, the place was supper clean and beautifully. it was quiet and close to a lot of attraction. we felt safe even at night. the terrace on the roof was beautiful!
it was our fist Riad and our first stay in Morocco and we were amaze with the hospitability of the people. Great place to stay

A hidden gem!

We went via Trailfinders, who organised our whole trip brilliantly. This Riad was exactly what we hoped for: beautiful, quiet and ideally located. Hidden down a narrow alley near the new Royal palace, it was a fabulous surprise when we stepped inside! Staff were great; an especial thank you to Saad, who made us so welcome and who was so helpful and kind.
