A beautiful Riad in the center of Marrakech.

Super recommended
Everything is perfect. The staff very nice, helpful and the place beautiful. There is a small swimming pool but I don't know if it is used in summer, because it was empty. The terrace is very relaxing and cozy. The small but basic room. Hearty breakfast and very good, typical Moroccan. The Riad is located five minutes from the main square, in an alley that at first glance seems a bit creepy but the area is very safe. Highly recommended

Amidst lights and shadows in the heart of the medina.
The facility is located within the medina, making it very convenient to reach restaurants and the main points of interest in the city on foot. At the same time, it is situated in a rather isolated and poorly lit alley: returning in the evening has not always been completely peaceful, and the surrounding environment can feel a bit unsettling.
The facility itself is nice and well integrated into the typical context of Marrakech, but the overall feeling was somewhat contrasting due to the location. The room was not particularly memorable, and the sheets did not seem very clean.
The common areas, on the other hand, are pleasant, with a really nice terrace where one can relax after a day in the city.
A positive note is the breakfast: really good, prepared on the spot with care and fresh products, a pleasant moment of the day. The staff, although not always present on the premises, has nonetheless proven to be available and attentive to our needs, even preparing breakfast for us very early on the morning of our departure. A generally positive stay at Riad Maud, with some aspects that could be improved.

Don't smile!
We spent two nights at this Riad.
Positive points;
* The Riad is well located in the center of the medina. Everything is within walking distance.
* The breakfast is ok and the place to eat is lovely. The service was good.
* The Riad is beautiful and our room was getting brightness because we were on the upper floor.
Areas for improvement;
* The staff is not friendly and smiling. We felt like we were bothering them as soon as we arrived. There were only two housekeepers to welcome us.
* We did not have the room with two beds that I had chosen and specified in my reservation. I was made a makeshift bed between two walls.
* mattresses need to be replaced, they are not comfortable and are hollowed out in the center.
Unfortunately, our stay was inconclusive, despite the efforts of the director we met briefly, as he was always too busy.

Riad very nice, from the entrance!!!
Clean, authentic rooms with shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and products.
Very hearty breakfast with tea, coffee, milk. Pastries, msemens, almond, jam, honey, yogurt, butter, breads, orange juice.
