国庆客人比较多，本来14：00可以入住，16点多了预定房间还没收拾完，在16：20分左右经理出面给做了免费房间升级。房间设施中规中矩
卫生：干净，被套枕头非常干净，洁白，无异味。环境：无敌街景。4星酒店哦，有车位

一般，在地上还有烟头，下雨了，不想再去外面买矿泉水了，想让送一瓶，告知不行，对不起这个价格～

住了两天，是看标榜四星才预订的。体会：1.设施陈留，卫生间灯闪烁到我离店都没修(入住就告知前台了)，卫浴老旧不好使，尤其是坐便，浴盆太脏没敢用。2.服务人员业务素质一般，离店时前台业务不熟练，态度很差。3.位置不好，离地铁口很远，很不方便。4.携程订的房间，离店付款，入住竟然额外加收100元定金，结账时候问了原因，说是有消费品，其实除了赠品矿泉水，啥也没有，小冰箱都没电。总之，老破旧不建议入住。

外观很好的样子 进入大堂居然不开冷气 这个感受很差 冬季可以理解 夏季无法接受 客人第一感受就是这个酒店很想省电之类的
