This location was a quick last-minute buy due to a delayed flight and missing the ferry to Isla Mujeres. It is conveniently located one block from the ADO bus terminal. I was unable to explore the amenities they listed like co-working spaces and a pool so no comment there but the location was very spacious, nicely decorated and well labelled. For solo travel I felt very safe.
The room was cozy but hot until I got the AC going and the sheets were clean but could use a bit of scented fabric softener or something. They smelled clean but slightly metallic, almost like too long in the dryer etc.
But that's truly my only comment! The staff were friendly and they upgraded my private room to an apartment after a long and very frustrating travel day.

Pass on this hostel if you can

Absolutely terrible service here. This is the worst stay I’ve ever had in any hostel, hotel, motel, etc.
We had to change our reservation. I tried for over 3 weeks to get into contact with this company to change the reservation. None of their posted emails work, nor do any of the phones. By a whim I found their WhatsApp which took them quite a while to respond to.
When trying to adjust the reservation, they said that we weren’t booked for the days that I have even though I have proof via confirmation emails. When I sent the screenshot, they blamed “the system changing the dates on them”.
When we got there, we were excited to cool down in the pool… which was closed for cleaning. Fine. You have to close, but then offer a reduced rate because you are offering a reduced service.
The worst part of the whole experience had to be the night. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you will not find it here. They were drilling, hammering, and throwing building materials from 9 PM (!) till our checkout at 4 AM. I didn’t sleep at all due to the noise.
The rooms are in poor condition, and the water pressure is bad.
There also isn’t a lot to do in the area. It’s safe enough, but otherwise, you won’t find too much variety.
Avoid at all costs.

I was upgraded to an apartment on arrival which was really welcome after a long flight.
The room was clean, everything worked, it’s a 2 minute walk to ADO bus station.
All staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. Some noise from the bar below at night but didn’t bother me.

terribile esperienza alla larga da selina e cancun in genere

As i told u before trought my mail you should give me back at least a double i mean 100 €.
For the whole stay the customers service of the hotel was completely awful,no answer at my requests .
Dirty room they didn t clean a room during my stay ,only After the First nite as i told them at least twice or 3 times ,fullest of insect ,bad smell came from toilet and Basin,no hot water ,poor service and breakfast,noises all nites long ,people screaming ,music and barking dogs.
I knew that in One parte of the Building that One where i stayed thewere problems with the hot water.
When i was at the check out this morning the lady wasnot able to find my ID card ,finally After 30 minutes while a taxi driver was waiting for me ,and he charged me the time , we found It,Crazy experience,i don t know why u allow this kind of Place to be in your marketing, please i asking back part of the Money as they ruined my stay here ,as Is in the right of the travvelers that did not meet they expectations.

The music and food and onsite salsa were amazing. Front desk service needed some work - showers in ladies only room pretty bad but great location to travel around - a bus ride to Cancun coast and right next to bus station.
