NEVER BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SLEEP ON THE STREET

We had a reservation with these people if you can call them that and these unpresentable people left us stranded in the middle of the night in kuala lumpur when we arrived at the reception we wrote to the WhatsApp and their response was that it was already closed that we had to find our own way in the middle of the night in this huge city that there was no room for us NEVER BOOK HERE THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AND YOU'LL HAVE TO FIND YOUR OWN WAY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT

这是我住过最不要脸的酒店，没有前台，要打电话联系，来了个黑鬼，不会中文，刚入酒店交500马币押金，我定了3天3个房间，共2575.53人民币。不得退改。刚进酒店发现房间味道很臭，床破窗帘坏，要求换房间，黑鬼说酒店满了没办法。第二天下午问他们什么没搞卫生，回答我的是卫生要我们自己搞，他们不负责，3天没都没人工作人员过来。我们是早上4点退房，因为是早上的飞机，打电话没有接，我也提前一天有跟那死黑鬼提起个这事，他说没办法，他们早上9点才上班。操他妈500马币光明正大给他们吞了。

订的两卧套房，4天3晚(8/9-8/12)，入住时给两间单人房，不给任何解释，还明确说要么住，要么退房走人，一边说一边伸手拿钥匙，活见鬼，携程怎么好意思把这样的酒店给人住。
说是酒店，其实就是一个草台班子，前台是摆设，check-in时前台死活不管，让我自己联系订单上的商家，好吧，商家代表是个“阿三”，沟通不畅不说，没有一个小时你是看不到他的真身的；check-out也一样摆烂，入住时越约好了退房时间，到点(早上8点)前台没人，商家电话不接，转身请携程客服协助联系商家退房，携程客服也是联系不上商家，长达几个小时，你们自己都管理不了的供应商，真好意思给客人住。
出差4天，一直在入住、换房、退房沟通上折腾，希望看到这消息的朋友谨慎选择这间酒店。
