Good budget hotel
Nice budget hotel with excellent staff. There is an option for morning breakfast. There are sets of toothbrushes and hygiene products. There is WiFi, although not particularly fast.
I was given a deluxe room, although I had booked a junior suite, which, of course, made me happy. However, the room was a bit "tired" and lacked some preparation and minor renovations. There were mosquito nets on the windows. There is hot water.

Good budget stay
I booked for one night after a long haul flight from North America. They arranged late night airport pickup which was convenient. The driver wanted 4500T cash but the hotel said I could pay by visa inside. They charged me 6000T to pay by credit card due to 'late arrival' even though I could have paid less in cash to the driver, but not a big deal.
They didnt speak much English but the room was nice and comfortable for one nights rest after my long flight. Bathroom was nice and had hot water and good pressure.
For breakfast there is no dining facility so we arranged the morning time for them to bring a cooked breakfast to my room. The hotel is not close walking distance to the centre, though I did, if you want to see the sights on the main strip.
They only confusing issue was payment. I had prepaid on Expedia with my points and they kept saying I had to pay, but didnt speak much English when I tried explaining. I had to message the person on their website that did speak English to get this sorted out. Otherwise they were friendly and tried to help as best they could.

Quite a nice place to stay.
I spent four nights in this hotel and everything was ok. The room (junior suite) was clean and big with everything needed (even more: a fax machine,a dvd player, a water boiler).All the staff was nice especially the young guy who was very helpful. I had the transfer back to the airport for free as a compliment.
Just one problem : when I arrived at the hotel at 7.15 am the hotel door was closed even if they had sent me a taxi to pick me up at the airport. I had to ring and knocked at the door for twenty minutes (even helped by the hotel neighbours )before it was finally opened , no apologize about it from the young lady who came and unlocked the front door.

Overpriced for what it is, not the best choice in Astana
We stayed a week at this Business Hotel and didn't like it. We are English speakers who were in Astana for a conference. We stayed at this hotel because they have English speaking staff (apparently) and it's cheaper than the large hotels (at full rates anyway).
We really didn't like this place. We had troubles from the first minute with them misleading us about the room (promising it was their "best" room when it clearly wasn't half the size of the one next door). We had lots of silly problems (asked every day for information about the local fitness center they advertise their arrangement with, but the staff had no clue). Some things were just stupid - like we booked and paid for 2 people in a queen size bed, yet they decided after 3 days that the rate didn't include breakfast for the second person. As trivial as that was, it was the final straw in what was the only bad hotel in our two month trip.
I could go on about the bad beds, pillows, service, breakfasts etc, but I don't want you to think I'm a whiner. (Read my other reviews, you will see my experiences are 95% positive). All I can say about this place is "you have better options elsewhere."
They have no non-smoking rooms by the way. This might be clear from their advertising (it's in Russian so I'm not sure).
It turns out that in the same street you can rent a furnished apartment for less than half the price of this hotel. It also turned out that you can negotiate a corporate rate at the nice Grand Hotel across the road for round about the same price. So do yourself a favor, there really isn't any need to accept the terrible service at this place.

Отель маленький, уютный. Номер мой был на 3 этаже. Окна, которые были от пола до потолка и хорошо звукоизолированы, выходили на оживленную улицу. мне такое по душе. Но сама комната была выкрашена в немного раздражающий яркий розовый цвет ))) было ощущение, что я кукла Барби. завтрак был стандартный, питательный. Что не понравилось так это как во многих отелях - расчетный час в 12 часов дня, а не по заезду в номер. А что понравилось так это парень на ресепшене. Я не могла дождаться ни одной машины из трех разных такси (до этого никогда проблем не было) и он предложил поймать попутку на дороге. помог поймать и договорился по приемлемой цене с водителем. За это ему большое спасибо, а то я бы опоздала на поезд.
