A little small but feels very cozy. The service perfectly reflected the best Japanese hospitality and professionalism. The location is convenient.

Very Scary

It was a very bad experience. I had booked for 2 people through online travel agent and my friend was suddenly unable to come on the day . The hotel then charged me 100% cancellation fee because the contract for 2 people was broken and asked me newly higher room rates on the same day. Hotel said , I had to pay 100% cancellation fee for contract of the online travel agent, and new one was a new direct contract with the hotel. When I checked in, I would be asked to write my name and phone number, which they said was a direct contract with the hotel. Fortunately, I was able to change the number of people on the online travel agent web where I made the reservation originally and I paid a small additional fee. All that the hotel said was "100% cancellation fee and extra new room fee". The hotel said it was a contractual relationship and they are following the law. It was very scary what would charge me the extra fee.

The irreverent attitude of the front desk staff

I've read your reviews and will be making Contributions during the pandemic a few years ago.
I guess it was the same front desk staff, but they were very irreverent and rude to me, which I don't think was a hotel worker.
For the case I asked for clarification.
I remember being reticent about unilaterally judging me as bad.
But there were people who went through that.
I was convinced.

Very unpleasant feeling. I will never use it again.

I used it quite a while ago, but I'm still feeling uneasy. I was surprised that everyone was the same.
When I used it, I got an email the next day after I got home saying that there was a stain on the shower curtain. I'll put it on internal approval.
I didn't remember it, so I replied and asked them to send me a photo.
When I checked, there was a brown stain, but it was faint, like it had been washed a few times. It didn't look like it had just been made, and I don't remember bringing something that color into the bathroom, so I told them again that I didn't remember it, but they unilaterally assumed that I had made the stain and put it on internal approval.
A few days later, they contacted me and said that they had restored it to its original state, so they would not charge me this time. In the end, they didn't charge me, but I was surprised that they unilaterally decided from the beginning that I had made the stain without even checking with me and even charged me money.
My fun trip was ruined when I got that email the day after I got home.
Some sites delete bad reviews, so if you're considering using them, please check carefully.
I was even more surprised that there were other people who had had this unreasonable experience.

This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone.

If you are even one minute late for check-out, you will be charged an extension fee of 3,300 yen.
I wish I had left the trash there and left it there before I left.
My child left something behind and went to get it, but they charged me a 550 yen deposit fee.
→ This is the first time I've heard this information after several exchanges, but they said that in principle, lost items are only delivered, and that they made a special arrangement this time.
The official website says that it takes 7 minutes from the Yaesu North Exit of Tokyo Station, but it takes just under 10 minutes.
I received an email saying that the hangers were broken and unusable from the time I checked in, and that the equipment was not properly managed, and that the hair dryer was deformed.
There was no explanation of which part of the hair dryer was deformed, and they said they would submit it to an internal request, as if they were entirely responsible.
The fact that it deformed even though it was used normally is probably due to the nature of the manufacturer that you use, which I have never heard of.
→ It can't be anyone other than you. I feel sorry for the manufacturer. That's what I was told.
I actually only used it for about 5 minutes, including my companion, 3 times. I have been using my hair dryer every day for over 3 years without any problems. Conversely, I would like to see evidence that we broke it.
My child left something behind, so I contacted them and went to pick it up around 11:30. They confirmed that the item was there at that point, so I assume they had already cleaned it, but there was no mention of the hair dryer when I picked it up, and they didn't contact me by email until just before 1pm.
As with other reviews, I would like them to stop using criminal law conditions to make threatening, false accusations.
There is no way they would have noticed that something that was in that condition from the beginning was deformed, and in a situation where they cannot even prove that they broke it in the first place, they cannot apply intent or negligence.
When I argued against this unreasonable accusation, I received an email saying that they would also submit my message for approval.
It seems they are calling it customer harassment.
→I have already received a reply saying that it is definitely customer harassment, but I would like to know which part of it constitutes customer harassment.
We have already paid what we owe, such as extension fees and storage fees, and we cannot accept any claims or lawsuits for things we have no recollection of, no matter how small the amount.
