Hotel is new and design is unique.
Room (king bed): the design for the bathroom and toilet is too awkward. Only suitable for couples. The shower door glass is transparent and even with the blind downs, it is still embarrassing to use the shower with someone else in the room.
room size is considered big in Japan at the price range. Cleanliness to be improved
Public area and service: public area are beautifully maintained and clean. Staff are able to communicate in English is a thumbs up.

friendly service. near convenience store & osaka station. fully equipped hotel with coin washing machine and free coffee. modern design and nice lounge area. will consider to stay here again if i ever come to osaka again!

Fashionable hotels that are more than priced
I used it for business, but as a hotel I felt it was worth more than the cost.
It was casual in construction, but stylish in both interior and exterior. Inside the room, you can feel the comfort of home. Functionally, it was comfortable enough considering the cost.

A beautiful hotel well worth the money
Modern, nice hotel in the area Kita, within walking distance of Osaka station (note that it is not walking distance from Shin-Osaka station that you arrive to if you go Shinkansen).
We really liked the hotel's tasteful decor and atmosphere. However, if you want to be private when using the shower, you should book another hotel. In order not to gain insight into the shower, only one curtain was dropped from the ceiling. However, some transparency to the shower remained. However, we were not concerned about this.
We booked a studio room. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s other areas we visited such as the bar and lobby were also fresh and tastefully decorated.
During our stay we wanted to visit Donbashi. For information, you need to get there by public transport. The hotel was very well located and the staff were very friendly.
For the price we paid we had absolutely been able to book this hotel again!

Average hotel in hood location
We stayed here for two nights only, the location of the hotel is great and it’s in relatively quiet street close to the station, public transport and shopping and restaurants. The rooms are very basic with minimum amenities but beds are comfortable so I would grade it like a solid busing hotel. But for vacation we were expecting a bit more comfort. The breakfast we didn’t like at all, very limited menus and coffee wasn’t good unfortunately. The staff at the receptors nice and very helpful but quite busy as there isn’t real concierge so everyone speaks to the reception. Overall 3 stars from me, solid but not great
