Very polite and friendly hotel staff helped us in every situation.The rooms are small, clean and useful. The location of the hotel is very good, 150 m from the metro stop. Many places you would like to visit in the city center are within walking distance. We left the hotel very satisfied, thank you.

Must prepaid the whole stay, meaning you cannot move out even you are not happy with the hotel in the early stay.
Difficult to communicate with front desk for in English for assistance. Better to Google.

Loved everything about this hotel, from the room, breakfast and location. We will love to come back again. This is the perfect hotel to visit Kyoto. Great location, great staff and loved the breakfast.

Place was superb, beyond anuthing i have stayed for a three star hotel it felt like a 5 star hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
