Very Nice View Hotel Near the criff.Ocean View and Golfclub View .Room is Q Big compare to Japan Standard Room need to be more clean.Bed is Ok Food also 80 from 100 Point
A nice Hot Bath Onsen with Sea View also Out Door Onsen. A lot of Parking.

Beautiful seaside setting.

We had an overnight stop at this hotel and we were rather impressed with it. The setting is amazing, we had a beautiful sea view out our window. We had a warm welcome from reception who spoke a little English. Our room was light and airy with the great view, very clean and comfortable. The AC and wifi both worked well and we had a great sleep. The breakfast was decent, a big buffet spread, mainly Japanese but some western items in there as well. Although the hotel is perched on a cliff next to the beach, there actually didn’t appear to be any access at all which was disappointing. Also, the hotel is located a few kms from the train station so you’ll need to take a $20 taxi ride. Overall, great hotel and definitely recommended to other travellers.

Pit-stop on the way North

We stopped here on the way up to Kamaishi for the Rugby World Cup - and it absolutely delivered. The hardware is a bit dated, a bit old-school (real key on a big chain) but the hotel was clean and tidy. Staff did not speak English but in this day and age, with Google Translate, we managed just fine! The golf course is stunning - looks gorgeous! And I am not even a golfer!
We ate in the Seagull Restaurant and found the menu absolutely adequate - we ate curry, and it was a good choice - one can never go wrong with a Japanese comfort food curry, seemingly.
Staff were super friendly. Onsen was super (but we were a bit confused as to the protocol until a receptionist took us for a tour showing us the towels etc.).
Positioning of the hotel on the slope down to the sea was perfect. For golfers it must be a delight.
