Room is on the smaller side but with a good balcony. The decoration and greens in the hotel were incredible. Lots of food and services are available which made our stay quite enjoyable.

Great location - just a street next to the American village, which has a variety of food options nearby and touristy stuff to do!
Amazing breakfast - the hotel offered a few main course as breakfast options complemented with a salad bar. Taste of food was delicious!
Stylist hotel design - the interior of the lobby is very artsy and spacious. The hotel room is nicely furbished with comfy colours and modern designs as well.
Overall I had an amazing stay in there.

Minority friendly or discrimination? Better improve in positioning.

How can it position themselves as minority preferred but also discriminate at the same time?
This hotel is new has a nice exterior, however it has a contaminated culture through the customer care and guest relations. Be prepared to get upset with every expectations as their priority is the art gallery itself than the paying guest. This place can get better at all aspects once the management and staffs go for a training at McDonalds or anywhere else.
Throughout disgusting lack of cleaning in room and public space is unacceptable specially for the overpriced markups.
