Lovely hotel with numerous inclusive services.Very friendly and flexible by the owner family gef.
Since 2018, we have already celebrated the 6th Spent our annual holiday at the beautiful Hotel Bad Fallenbach, that says it all. Bad Fallenbach is a very modern, beautiful and tastefully furnished hotel in the beautiful Passeier Valley. Super friendly, professional and family run by the owner family Slate. We particularly like the flexibility of the booking options, e.g. apartments with or without meals, up to individually bookable daily on site. Family Slate does everything to make guests feel comfortable. Worth mentioning are the numerous inclusive services from guided hikes, Pilates, aquafitness to the professionally performed sauna infusions in the beautiful forest sauna. For us, the restaurant has star rating with very friendly, professional but relaxed service staff. The in-house party conjures up the most delicious desserts or treats for afternoon coffee.
This year will not be the last time, we will always like to spend our holiday in Bad Fallenbach.
We have already infected our adult children.
This dreamlike place and the beautiful surroundings is highly recommended!!!!

Disappointing experience, not up to a 4-star luxury
Unfortunately, my experience at the Hotel Bad Fallenbach fell well short of expectations for a property that looks like a 4-star luxury hotel.
The rooms are extremely basic, comparable to those of a simple mountain B&B, without the quality and attention to detail you would expect from a hotel of this category. The mattress was uncomfortable, without a topper, and in the room there was no choice of pillows: only soft pillows are available, absolutely unsuitable for those who prefer a more rigid support.
Another downside was the presence of a kettle and a coffee machine, but without any coffee, tea or herbal tea sets. Lower category hotels also offer these services as standard.
Breakfast was another disappointment: very limited and unbalanced towards dessert. The only savoury option consisted of salmon and eggs, making it impossible to satisfy those, like me, who cannot eat sweets and are vegetarian/vegan.
Moreover, the excursions organized by the hotel are very few and with extremely limited availability (only 7 places for the entire hotel!), making them inaccessible.
The reception staff showed little professionalism, giving more the idea of a family-run B&B welcome, without the preparation and courtesy necessary for a hotel that calls itself luxury.
Good instead the offer of swimming pool and saunas (although lacking hammam and Turkish bath) but in my opinion does not justify the price of the structure alone.
In summary, the experience was not satisfactory and I would not recommend this property. If you are looking for quality, comfort and professional service, I suggest that you choose elsewhere.

I want to come back
The reception was inimitable.
Warm, well-kept and very refined atmosphere and environments.
Heated pool and spa in the woods with fantastic views.
But pampering does not end there: breakfast, sweet snack and super gourmet dinner.
Finally, there are all the ingredients to be able to return.

Good job, man!
Only defect .. having spent only 3 days there!!! The hotel is beautiful and clean, staff really helpful and gentile..lo chef and cuisine really noteworthy! How to feel pampered in everything! Accomplice then three warm and sunny days of early November .. beautiful nature colors! Congratulations to all the staff.. It will be a goodbye definitely!

Small and fine, ideal for charging the battery
We were already in the Fallenbach for a few days during the Whitsun holidays, now it was even nicer during the summer holidays;)
We had a wonderful room with direct access to the pool, the children had their own small sleeping area, so we all had the big sofa to ourselves.
At the reception Max made our holiday life easier (whether with tour suggestions or very practical advice on bus travel), in service Alex is the sunshine.
The kitchen has inspired us every day, the Amalfi lemon will stay in our memory for a long time!
The view while eating must not go unmentioned - we were allowed to change tables more often, as we simply could not decide...everywhere so beautiful!
The juicer at breakfast is a nice innovation to the first stay.
We enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel and thank you (albeit in writing a bit late) for the lovely days!
