Beautiful view, disappointing amenities
The stay at this property was below all expectations. Here are the main problems encountered:
1. Problems with hot water: To take a shower you had to wait a long time before the hot water arrived, and the duration was really minimal. I think the facility used a water heater to heat it, and that made it completely insufficient. Being two, we had to wait for the water to warm up again between showers, making bath time uncomfortable and stressful.
2. Inadequate bathroom: The bathroom was carved into the room and had only a plastic panel, but the aerator was non-existent. The lack of an adequate ventilation system made the environment unhygienic and unpleasant.
3. As agreed, breakfast was to be served at the partner bar, but we learned the same day that on Sunday the bar would be closed. The property has provided us with alternative products (beer cans, yogurt, 1 bottle of milk, croissants, and 1 pack of open lupins with a patina of mold). All foods were lactose-free, despite my wife’s lactose intolerance being reported several times by phone when booking, we were provided with food that was not suitable.
When we tried to report it to the owner, we were told that the intolerance had never been communicated, which does not correspond to what was said during the booking. Because of this situation, we had to arrange it personally, going to the local supermarket.
I hope that similar situations can be avoided in the future, considering the importance of respecting the dietary needs of your guests.
4. Problems with parking: We had chosen the structure also because the price included parking. Actually we were shown an outdoor garage, 400-500 meters away, where we had to pay 27 euros for 24 hours. To make matters worse, after already parking, the person at check-in told us that we could park inside, where there were other cars.
The only positive point was the view, but the service was absolutely insufficient, especially considering the price, which was not cheap at all. We will not return and cannot recommend this hotel for treatment.

disappointed
Great location and beautiful views but this place is a disgrace. First of all they tried to fob us off with a room which could hardly fit in the double bed and a shower the size of a cupboard after we had paid around 360 Euros per night. After long arduous conversations they transferred us to a larger apartment in what looked to be a cellar.
I could take all day to describe the faults in this apartment but here are the main ones.
No cutlery except 5 plastic forks. Electrical sockets hanging off the wall. Black mold in the bathrooms and in general shabby, dirty and run down. very disappointing. Also a distinct absence of any staff.

Beware! Don’t stay here.
Terrible experience. Beware of this property. We booked a room almost 6 months ago. The day before our arrival we contacted the staff about how to get to the property and to let them know what time we would be arriving. They responded and said they were all set for us. The next day we reached out again as our train ran late and they still assured us all was well. When we arrived, there was no on site to meet us and give us keys. We had to contact Cara through what’s app multiple times and after 1 hour someone finally showed up. The person who met us kept walking away and talking on the phone and looking for keys. After awhile he went to several rooms and opened them only to find guests already staying in the rooms. We finally asked if we had a room and he said no but then kept telling us to wait. We then heard from cara who said they overbooked and we could get in the next day. The person we met with was also yelling at someone on the phone saying “F*** you I am going to quit” in front of us. It seemed like an act and was so unprofessional and made us so uncomfortable. He also told us to calm down when we repeatedly asked what was going on after waiting for 1.5 hours with no resolution. He also tried giving my husband a hug which was very weird. We ended up asking Cara to refund our money right away and we thankfully were able to get into another hotel. Such a terrible and uncomfortable experience. Don’t waste your money here.

Very disappointing...
Be very aware when booking this property for accommodation. No hot water in the shower, luke warm at best. Also had slugs crawling on the walls in the bathroom. Very unhygienic.
Attempted to contact owner to explain the situation and hopefully receive some form of compensation. Only response received was "sorry this has happened".
Staff also made you feel very uncomfortable, felt like they were always watching you.

Don’t bother-
Not as pictured on booking.com at all!
Run down, old everything in apartment.
We thought it was a hotel -
Checked into an old dated apartment facing a parking lot on a busy street.
Not facing sea as stated.
We stayed 30 minutes and left. Unfortunately we lost all our money but it just wasn’t worth being unhappy for 3 nights.
