Staff/ service was good.
Not the employees, but Valet and or just period was circus for the money spent.
Elevators were overly small and in need of some maintenance.
Good luck with good nights rest with every noise from the city seeping in terrible caulked up windows that obviously should be updated.
The homeless that surrounds its location does not help.
The ice machines or vending machines was out of order in various locations on different floors.
Unfortunately i will never intentionally book that location again.

The room was dark and dingy with old furniture not suitable for a modern day hotel.
The bathroom had an old fashioned shower curtain over a low bath which led to water on the floor after each shower leading to visible damage to the door.
The room had single glazed windows which meant the room was very noisy.
We reported that there was no safety deposit box in the room as advertised and the coffee machine did not work but these issues were not resolved.
Our 'suite' had a refrigerator and microwave but no utensils so were of no real use at all.
Maintenance (hammering) of the room above was carried out before 8am one morning during our stay.
The corridors and lifts are in need of updating.
We would certinly not stay in this hotel again and not recommend it to other travellers.
