Francesca welcomed us and she was very nice, explanied us the house. We were in the big suite with 2 rooms and a big bathroom.
the extra camp bed was not very comfortable but the other beds were comfortable.
the shower in the bathroom is not fixed
overall our stay was pleasant

AT THE END OF THE FAIR....

Room cleaning absent... assistance / poor staff reception. The shower door was broken and despite warning them not the year fixed; the toilet cup is "wobbly" I reported it to the lady who does the chack-in but nothing... They do not empty the garbage buckets (so much so that there was still other people's garbage when we arrived) nor those outside for recycling in the kitchen, unsorted, or the bathroom. I had to throw them away. They do not put toilet paper if it ends as well as the Scottex (okay not bad the latter); not recommended in my opinion if you come with small children.

Our tv didn’t work and the plumbing wasn’t the greatest. Plus it was on a busy street so it was very noisy.

Prison cell

We stayed in June2013 In the orchid room downstairs The room was immaculately clean and quite stylish but can only be described as the size of a prison cell. It was so small we couldn't even put our suitcases down to unpack properly. When we first booked the hotel we were impressed with the look of the hotel There are some lovely pictures of big spacious rooms, nice gardens and large bathrooms, but unfortunately if you stay in the Roses room or the orchid room they are too small for two people. But that is not the worst problem. The hotel is right on the main road into town which is not mentioned when we booked. The noise is just incredible and it never stops. It goes on all night so we hardly slept. it sounds like your sleeping on the pavement outside. It was so loud when we had the radio on in our bedroom we could hear the traffic more than what was being said on radio. We booked for two nights and nearly left straight away, but thought we would give it a go, but after the first night we decided we couldn't stand it any more and left early the next morning. Breakfast is appalling. It gets put outside your room the night before, you get one croissant each, a packet of toast crisp bread, a carton of jam each, a small carton of juice and a coffee tub each to put in coffee machine, but no milk or whitener. One thing to note you have to pay in cash on arrival. To summarise, room downstairs modern, but too small. You can't look out the window and the only view would be traffic anyway. Its far too noisy and you will leave hungry and tired and disappointed. Maybe the upstairs rooms are better.

Per un mio errore ho sbagliato la data, ho pagato € 124 poi mi sono accorto che ho sbagliato data ho subito telefonato, e lui gentilmente mi ha dato un'altro numero di telefono fermo restando che io dovevo pagare un extra, siamo arrivati ed abbiamo preso possesso dell' altro b&b, mia moglie si è sentita male e siamo dovuti partire immediatamente per il Belgio ho telefonato al signor Patrizio che gentilmente ci ritornasse i soldi, ancora oggi aprile 2025 non ho ancora ricevuto niente, un tipo come questo, ve lo raccomando
