This is an awesome place. It's absolutely in the middle of all the places you want to see. Everything is just outside your door. It's such a good location.
Marco is the perfect host and doubles up to your personal tour guide!! He will get you in charge of yiur adventure!! He told us the buses to take, the locations to see, and the best Italian meals to have !! For our first time in Rome, this had been an amazing and memorable experience can't wait to come back. Thank you Marco and Rome🥰

Squalid.

I expected something better, shabby room, dirty closet, stained cabinets. It is not a 3 star hotel but a b&b. It looked like a hotel by the hour. The only positive thing the bus stop below and the proximity to St. Peter's. Squalid.

Property doesn’t have any staff, so I check in by phone. Area is very easy to navigate and across the street from St. Peter’s. Room was sufficient but nothing special. Our room was next to the road but it had pretty good windows so the traffic noise was minimal

Great experience! Host was super helpful. The room has beautiful view ether on cathedral or cosy and calm back yard. There were welcome sweets and host let me left my luggage after my check out. You can easily reach the place from termini by 64 bus.

B&B near San Pietro

B&B located in via Cavalleggeri, very close to San Pietro and in front of the bus stops before the tunnel. Very kind owners, with the possibility of self-checking independently even at late hours. Discreetly kept rooms and packaged breakfast available at a price that I found affordable for being in the center of Rome.
