The hotel is clean, but the room is quite small. The staff is very helpful; since we had to check in after 12 PM, they assisted us with online check-in and sent us a video on how to get the key when the reception was closed. Additionally, the location is great, as it is very close to Roma Termini, making it very convenient.

The location of this hotel is very good (walking distance from Termini station) and the room size is decent. Although it only has 1 elevator, it really helps a lot when you have been assigned a higher-level room like we were. But there is one big serious problem - insufficient hot water supply. As we had an upper-level room, every night there was no hot water at all when we tried to take a shower. We had to call their front desk very night, and the guy would say: wait a couple of minutes, let me do some adjustment to the water supply. We imagine they would manually redirect some hot water to our room due to its scarcity. Then the hot water would suddenly be on. To us it was a big nuisance since we had to call every single night to get some hot water. So if you enjoy taking icy cold shower you may just love this hotel, or if you get a lower level room it might not be a problem at all.

near Roma Termina train station and Besilica Maggiore. Staffs were good. come with breakfast but we did not eat due to very early check out. Stay one night. Location is good. Hotel and room were old. bathroom is very small. Room has own AC unit. overall, it was OK.

Perfect place quality/price

I stayed at this hotel for one night for the International Tennis Championships. Decision taken after reading the reviews for the good value and proximity to Termini Station. Very good choice, located a step from the station, clean room, tidy with comfortable beds and all the necessary comforts. Smiling staff, very kind and given my need to leave the room at dawn, having had the chance to have breakfast in the room was an extra gear and a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend it.
