the room was very clean and very cozy, super comfy beds, and i do travel a lot, and i must say they have the best blankets in the world. atmosphere is wonderful, good location.
clean bathrooms. coffee machine!
had great time! thank you! will definetly suggest friends.

Charged the credit card without notice against the booking rules
I would like to share experience with this Profuma di Roma B&B. Please note that I just booked this B&B. I never stay and will never stay there. I am here to share my experience that this B&B charged my credit card against the booking condition that is "Pay at property and Free cancellation".
Please read below:
1. I booked Profuma di Roma B&B in July, to stay in August 2017
2. I booked via Booking. com with clearing conditions that 1. I will pay money at the hotel 2. Free cancellation
3. Profuma di Roma B&B charged my credit card without my permission after 3 days once I booked.
4. I have emailed and talked to the Profuma di Roma B&B. They replied with lacking of responsibility. Please find attached photos for all evidence.
I do not recommended you to stay in Profuma di Roma B&B. If you would like to stay there please find the message that Profuma di Roma B&B responded to me.
You would change your mind.
I could not imagine that there is such this B&B in this world. Very disappointed.
Be careful if you want to spend money for this B&B, they will charge your credit card when they want.

Ok only for one night
The access to metro at st Giovani or colosseum.
Owner sends u details of how to reach before u arrive Fan in the room; good for summer in rome .
Bathroom was shared but dint have to wait anytime.
Eateries alongside the road were nice .
The accommodation felt safe in a good building.
The wifi was really good.
Negatives:
Firstly, checkin was not appropriate. We were put in one room then asked to go to another room And then again shifted back to the original room all in span of 15 min of our arrival. He called owner pr someone to confirm the room and then changed out room. That was very stressful. The attending staff doesnt speak english so I cudnt explain me how unhappy i was about it. Secondly, the attending staff demanded cash ; we explained we pay tom morning... He made faces was very unhappy but when my husband said I need to take it out he agreed for next morning. We were travelling from naples and had to take out cash for our next leg. I told him i can pay taxes in cash u can charge my card for room price now if u want ; but he forced no no no cash cash in totally inhospitable way. Thirdly, bed in the room... This was worst... It was smaller than the queen size bed; we cudnt sleep well for one nite but managed somehow There was dramatic knocks at our door at 10:30 pm in the nite and we were afraid and it was constant so we opened ; there he was standing the same person frm morning; asking for money; we paid but how inconvenient it is to disturb ur guests when they have slept. Breakfast was meagre packed croissant cake and juice and a coffee shot but there was no creamer we aske for it but it was not there. Please include creamer atleast. The shower in the bathroom needs repair... The water flow is little weird and hard but manageable for one morning shower Please note its no reception so u cant leave luggage but thats okay we left our luggage in station but costed us little time but thats not on b&b. Its ok location central for one nite but for more than one nite i wud rather choose something else

Just the breakfast wasn't good, apart that, we definitely recommend the place.
