Albergo جميل جدا مضيفون حسنو الترحاب
يقع الفندق بالقرب من مخرج الطريق السريع Sirmione، ولكن لن يمكنك سماع حركة المرور. هناك لا يوجد الكثير مما يمكن القيام به على بعد مسافة سير ما عدا برج الإيطالية ذكرى الاستقلال، وبالتالي كنت تريد أن يكون لديك سيارة. المدن الجميلة Sirmione Lazise أقل من عشرين دقيقة فقط.
الفندق يحتوى على العديد من بسيطة لكن نظيفة، غرف واسعة مع أسرة كبيرة مع بمراتب جيدة حمامات نظيفة للغاية كانت غرفتنا (الغرفة 25) أيضا شرفة عظيمة.
الإفطار مجموعة مختارة جيدة من على الطراز الإيطالي colazoine مع وقهوة ممتازة، و النبيذ الأبيض رائعة. كما أن المضيفين لطفاء للغاية سوف تشعر وكأنك في المنزل. يعمل الإنجليزية والإيطالية.
بالتأكيد أن نوصي به.

Perfect location
Chosen to visit Lake Garda...
Choice apt and found an ideal environment.
Marua runs it in a familiar way evtibtrovibimmediately at ease.
Spacious and comfortable room.
Clean as hell.
Hot shower and spacious bathroom.
Super breakfast with cakes and biscuits made by Marua.

Unfortunately not....
Apart from the beautiful pool and the cleanliness of the rooms) which is still fundamental and appreciated), everything else is no.
Reception absolutely not up to standard by the staff who arrive in flip-flops, not suitable for a 3 star hotel. No smile, no "good morning", no explanation about the hotel (breakfast, keys, wifi, pool, etc.). And we also forget to ask what time breakfast is the next day.
Sad rooms, anonymous even if large enough. The TV that doesn't work. The phone rings but no one answers 4 times in a day. Upon our arrival empty reception.
Breakfast from 8am, too late for breakfast. Once again, no smile, no greeting, no explanation. We settle for a glass of water because no one offers us anything... he forgot...
We leave the hotel in a hurry after paying a price far too high. Obviously we will not be returning and I do not Recommendation.
This hotel cannot have 3 stars. Just for the pool? But otherwise at most 2.

Feel at home on holiday!
New management and new way of doing hospitality. Run by a young but motivated couple, the hotel has made available everything you need to make a relaxing weekend. Cleanliness impeccable, air conditioning already on in the room before our arrival, possibility to always keep our little dog with us, new pool and always open.
Parking of the car included and safely. Nothing to add, our every request was granted if not anticipated. Also excellent value for money which also includes a varied breakfast and a prepared with homemade and unpackaged products.

Read older reviews carefully!
We stayed at the property last summer, chosen for its proximity to Garland it was only supposed to be a "support" for the latter... Never had an idea been more wrong!!
Unfortunately I had focused on the latest reviews (which I can't explain) but the truth was in the "story"!!!

For the modest average sum of 150 Euros (half of the stay is requested at the time of booking) you will have:
irritating owners; pedantic; grumpy even with children; strict rules on everything, from reception (check-in only when at the times you set it, no flexibility if you arrive earlier or later you can stay in the car park even if the room is ready and it's 37° outside) to the use of the swimming pool , passing through the prohibitions and threats of charges also written on the approximately 10 (ten) signs present in the room, you will be monitored on sight not only through the video surveillance system (worthy of the Bank of Italy) but directly by the owners who they are constantly supervising even during the "minimal" breakfast (1 croissant, a glass of juice and 1 coffee/cappuccino each) don't try to get something extra perhaps to give the children a choice (we're still talking about 150 Euros per night) you could be chased and scolded in the public square "because things are eaten there".
For the rest, the structure is decent, discreet cleanliness (I assume they allow animals given that their dog, unlike children, can wander around the tables easily) air conditioning probably limited to save money or otherwise the designer was incompetent (they can also choose the version which they prefer) as I have never sweated as much as on those nights we had to cover the pillows with towels to avoid getting them wet.
I can't judge the cuisine as I haven't tried it but I don't think the restaurant is that popular given that the structure closes the gate in the evening at 8pm.
Overall it was the worst hotel experience of my life, so much so that it convinced me to sign up and write this review. I hope this review is useful in saving as many families as possible from what could turn into a nightmare.
