Beautiful isolated location
We had a super stay here. It’s rustic and isolated. We stayed only one night and enjoyed the dinner with other guests on a big long table which was fun. We chose the T bone steak for two and was pleased that it arrived on a sizzling platter so my daughter could have hers rare, mine could cook for a little longer. Our twin room was adequate and basic. The host could have been more cheerful but it didn’t spoil our stay, the other staff were lovely. Absolutely delicious breakfast.

One of my very favorite things while in Italy - Cooking Class at Podere Spedalone
We attended a cooking class at Podere Sepdolone last week. The experience was amazing. Roady was a chef/teacher who did an outstanding job teaching, explaining, and showing each of us. The group was small ( 6 people), making it so nice and intimate. After the class, we were there to eat what we had made. There was a little time between the cooking class and eating, allowing us to walk around and take the most beautiful pictures. The farm is so lovely and then we had lunch outside just looking over all the beauty. The owners were there greeting people and the staff were all so pleasant. I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone who is in the Tuscany area and wants an amazing experience. 10 of out 10 for our entire group!

Dishonest service and disappointing experience
The location is beautiful, with a charming Tuscan landscape, but unfortunately the service completely ruined the experience.
We had booked in advance a lunch for four people, which clearly included two Bistecca alla Fiorentina, as stated in the confirmation. However, we were served only one. When we questioned it, the person attending us insisted that it was just one and that “there was no difference.” Even after showing that we had paid for two steaks, we were met with disregard and blatant stalling.
It’s unacceptable to pay for something and not receive it — especially when someone tries to convince you that you’re wrong, despite having everything documented. It felt like a clear attempt to deceive us.
A real shame, because the place has great potential. But it lacked professionalism, honesty, and respect for the customer. I do not recommend.

Spectacular!
Spectacular farm! We were at lunch today me and my boyfriend, we ate a nice plate of cold cuts and cheeses (very hearty) and a nice plate of pici with meat sauce... an orange mousse with macaroons and cantucci with vinsanto .. indescribable! Very kind, polite staff, makes you feel comfortable. Breathtaking panorama, completely immersed in Tuscany with animals and nature, a perfect mix. I recommend a visit, you will be satisfied!

An experience that explains why Tuscany is a special place in the world.
The silence and the bed promoted me a great night of rest, great mattress (more hotels should learn from them), the delicious breakfast, the sympathy of the staff (a Albanian lady - employee) and Mr Filipo are a highlight the part in kindness and good service to the guest. The little puppy Bella (new hotel pet) is an unforgettable love.
