Hotel above my expectations
We went to this hotel for both its positive evaluation and also for the fairly cheap price above 300€ including also 25 euros of S.P.A which for me is slightly too much for only 1 hour of S.P.A but seems to pass much more than 1 hour so top. We also had concerns about the hotel and the structure in general from the recent very negative reviews to it turned out far from not listen to the reviews so negative but some defects there is for example the doors faded and ruined by rude customers I agree but most are customers from other hotels that put negative reviews just for The competition but in this hotel everything is great

Four stars to erase
Hotel that boasts four stars, when two would already be excessive!
The structure was originally beautiful, but poor maintenance has led to rooms with creaky and peeling doors, missing bulbs, showers only partially functional, hanging lamps in the common living room completely discordant in style and whitish light with the rest of the lighting in the room, hung with hideous exposed wires.
Even the rest of the services are such as to suggest a long-term internship in South Tyrolean hotels to understand what hospitality means today!
By the way, the pool is little more lungs than a bathtub and is also subject to a fee! Here, too, a merciless comparison with South Tyrolean hotels, where the Spa is paid for, but the pools (the real ones!} are available to customers.
The only positive note is the restaurant (there is no half board!, I imagine in winter the joy of customers). Here the organizational capacity of Lorenzo, his staff and the qualities of the cook make up for the depressing situation of the structure.

Not a 4 star!
I just don’t understand how an old-fashioned hotel can have 4 stars, where you have to pay 25€ extra for an hour of spa, taps, towels and sanitary ware are old, there is no soap at the bidet but only the fixed dispenser at the sink (so you have to pick it up with your hand first), the rooms are not ready before 1:30 pm (even after reporting the thing), the doors are scraped by rude customers but still they have been there since the 80s (and then there is no card but the key) and one day the bathroom floor had not been washed (hair around). The breakfast was mediocre, not so much for the abundance but for the quality and variety (not to mention the big bowl of yogurt that, not being tucked in with style, after the use of some customers had a ‘lived in’ and ‘ravashed’ look really unattractive, as the scrambled eggs actually ). The waiting staff reduced to the bone (2 people for 30-40 seats). So, what about it? The 4 stars may have been worth a time but now I would say no. The pluses: the very comfortable bed, the location and Assunta l’estestista bravo.

the angels of the room
We returned after 1 year with pleasure. Excellent Welcoming by the reception staff with courtesy and constant kindness. The restaurant EXCELLENT with Anna the chef of the first order and then the "angels" of the Customers: Lorenzo and Francesca who with unique empathy guide you, advise you carry out their activities as real ROOM ASSISTANTS..... good!!!!!!!!. Faced with a significant increase in the cost of the room compared to the previous year we will have expected a desirable improvement in the structure both in the furnishings of the rooms that instead we found "intact" in their aspects. Sometimes the effort of the people who give everything for their company and satisfy throughout the customer needs a structural support more adequate to the cost required.

Everything perfect
Perfect location, a few meters from the center but still in a quiet area. Super professional and friendly staff. Special breakfast. Excellent restaurant. Great spa. Perfect especially for families with children (very comfortable bottle room)
