It was a good stay in Faenza Italy. The staff was fantastic. Local restaurant recommend was great.

Disappointed

No milk and coffee available in room. Front desk excused that they had a busy day, also don't provide milk with tea. Not sure he knows what's going on.

disappointing

I went with my husband and I had heard how badly he treats the staff (the cleaning girls) have no respect for them, they are rude insults them as much as they like, and I heard the girl crying but from there I never want to go back!
Someone do something.
It's humiliating to work in certain places that are treated so badly. Shame on you.

Very disappointing!

The hotel is located near Milano-Malpensa Airport, which is about 50 kilometers from Milan. Since I wanted to save myself the long drive on the day of my departure, I decided to book a room at the Hotel Pineta the day before. Due to the many positive reviews on Booking.com, the disappointment was quite big.
I actually wanted to eat quite comfortably in the hotel's restaurant and then watch the European Football Championship over a cold beer in the room. Even the reception by a rather unprofessional receptionist was very unpleasant. Although I had booked through Booking.com and I legitimized myself with my driver's license, she insisted on checking my passport. When asked for a walk-in room, she explained that this would not be possible, although the hotel was obviously almost empty. Then she informed me that the restaurant was not in operation. In the room neither the TV nor the fridge worked. The receptionist was able to get the TV working at short notice, but after some time he gave up the ghost again. Unfortunately, she couldn't get the fridge to work. She refused my request for another room again. So no restaurant, no football and no cold beer!
Otherwise, the room was quite good. Practical was that each room had a parking space in front of the door. The breakfast buffet was okay.
Nevertheless, I would advise against booking here!

Bring your sandwich if you arrive in the evening

Very friendly and welcoming reception staff, clean room but walls too thin, no minibar, only vending machines, advice: bring a sandwich if you arrive in the evening. Price a little high. Decent breakfast but nothing exceptional
