A comfortable stay in peaceful and scenic surroundings

We did enjoy our one night stay here in this beautiful farmhouse in stunning surroundings. We were given a warm welcome by Noreen and our room was comfortable with a lovely view. There were no tea and coffee facilities in our room, but we were able to use the facilities in the conservatory downstairs which had a comfortable and peaceful seating area with some lovely views. The breakfast was delicious with some lovely home baked scones and wheaten bread.
Noreen recommended the Bunratty Manor Hotel for our evening meal and a separate review has been posted about this.

Lovely Farmhouse!!

Noreen, the owner, was the perfect hostess! The farmhouse atmosphere/environment felt like home. Homecooked "fresh from the farm" breakfast was cooked by Noreen and her family. My mother and I shared the family room which was perfect with 2 adjoining rooms with shared bath. Really enjoyed chatting and relaxing with Noreen on the terrace. The terrace view of the farm with horses and donkey visiting us was icing on the cake! I would definitely return!

Amazing place

Photos on here do not capture the magic or beauty of this place! It’s such an elegant homely place to stay on and the accommodation is immaculate as is the farm which has stables. The furnishings are all high quality and there are two lounges all with fab views of the grounds. Noreen and Michael (the hosts) are such lovely, warm friendly people! Noreen herself is an amazing cook and looks after you as if you are family giving us a warm welcome of scones, teas / coffees etc then an amazing Irish breakfast after having fruit, yoghurt, cereal etc or a delicious full-filled omelette. We literally didn’t want to leave! The house is not near any pubs to walk to but if you have a car there are loads of bars and restaurants in Ennis which is only a 15 min drive away. If you decide to stay on the farm at night there is a small fridge where you can store food or drinks and Noreen provides glasses and plates etc. and you can eat in the dinning room or in the gardens / terrace. I would highly recommend staying.

Very relaxing

My husband and I had a great 1 night stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the cows and sheep. Noreen was a very lovely hostess and her breakfast was very tasty. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent! (As usual)

I always stay here when in Ireland. Clean as a whistle,, great breakfast, serene setting. I just sit and watch the cows on my first day. Don't miss your chance to meet Noreen and stay at a wonderful b$b.
