Nicest place we stayed in Ireland.

We stayed in quite a few places since we landed in Dublin and spent a week going clockwise around the island. This was our favorite. The rooms were well kept. The owner was gracious. Possibly the best shower we experienced too :D It had closeable skylights for darkness or to allow some star gazing. Short walk to the ocean to watch the sunset. Would stay again... if you can convince me to go back to Ireland and drive all those roundabouts

Loved our 1 night in a stunning location

Located in a beautiful part of the country, Ocean Heights is in a lovely and quiet location, with fabulous views going for a walk along the cliffs nearby. Our room was absolutely perfect, beautifully presented and the bathroom was excellent and everything well maintained and perfectly clean. Karen was so welcoming, and gave us recommendation for dinner which was great. Breakfast was excellent, cooked to order and a help yourself to cereals, fruit, yoghurt. A perfectly hosted b&b for our 1 night stay.

Great place to stay near Sligo

Very nice location, end-of-the-world type, in front of the cliffs. Nice room very clean (and cleaned daily), very quiet. Excellent and abundant home-made breakfast. Very good location to visit Sligo and the coast (Bunbalden etc.). Karen is a very nice host, discreet but friendly. And there is a lot of very informative info on the site well maintained in the room.

All Positive!

We could not have had a better beginning to our exploration of Sligo and Donegal. Karen was a competent and friendly host, willing to help in any way. Her breakfasts are wonderful, with several combinations to choose from. We needed no lunch on these days! We stayed two nights, which gave us a chance to explore the surrounding area. The setting is nothing short of spectacular, on the Atlantic. We did not have any difficulty in finding the B&B along smaller roads, because it was well signposted at every point where we might have been unsure. When you reach the Atlantic, turn left! The room and the bed were completely comfortable--our backs were happy! The house is spotless, and it would be hard to think of something that was not provided.

Cozy Ocean View, Best Accommodations of Trip

Karen and her husband were absolutely wonderful! Their hospitality was fantastic and made us feel at home. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful as we navigated a rental car exchange for a flat tire that subsequently made us very late for arrival/check-in. Karen’s breakfasts were delicious, the beds were super soft (our best sleep of the trip!), and the laid back atmosphere was so charming. We loved the location of this B&B to Slieve League, Benbulbin, Gleniff Horseshoe, Mullaghmore, and Knock Shrine. The morning walks along the Cloonagh Cliffs and sheep pastures was relaxing. Price was also very affordable. Would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend.
