The rooms were dirty and old, I know because I had to change my room 3 times. I even paid for an upgrade to a suite because I thought it might be nicer, but it wasn't. The air conditioning didn't work in 2 rooms. They tried to fix both but it still didn't work. The staff was nice but the hotel rooms are old, smelly and gross. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

The hotel claims to be a high end hotel, which definitely isn’t the case.
Very old interior which is worn out.
Service is not good and the food is mediocre.
Last but not least the level of cleaning is absolutely a disaster.

terrible hotel, misleading photos, ugly design, dirty bed and cups, aweful toilet and towel, terrible neighborhood, giving me a really bad impression of the city

This is the most horrible hotel i have ever stayed.

One swimming pool was out of service without any prior notication, however it was not until my final night I realised I was bitten by bedbugs.
The dirt under the mattress was horrendous, which I only checked before I left the hotel.
