Will stay again

Very much enjoyed our stay. Will stay there again.
Close to downtown Ubud.
Only a short walk to Monkey Forest too.
Surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars.
Great value for money. Nice and clean. Pretty gardens and lovely staff.
If you are a light sleeper and do not wish to party a little of an evening maybe stay at a different place. We stayed in the end villa. Could not hear the music from the bar but heard the water course drain all night. Earplugs were provided anyway lol!

Our stay at the Sender Pool Suite could not have been more disappointing. We had paid extra for a specific room that we required for a campaign that we were shooting. When we arrived, they gave us a different, lesser value room. The layout was different, it was smaller, the bathtub didn't work, issues with hot water, the mirror was covered in a black film, the list goes on. We confirmed the room that we paid for, and they said they were sorry but nothing could be done because they had a long term stay in that room. They went back and fourth with us so many times saying we could switch rooms the next day, then the next, and we kept scrambling packing up to never be moved and to be disappointed over and over. They said they would make it up to us by providing 2 free breakfasts. We only got one. By some miracle on our last day in the afternoon they said the room was now free, strange how all of a sudden it became free when we were told it was a long term stay. We only got the room we paid for for one night, and did not have time to shoot the campaign we were required to shoot. So extremely disappointing. From our 2 weeks in Bali, and over 5 different stays, this was by far the worst. Also, it is sooooo loud at night! Awful, you won't be able to sleep with loud music playing and dogs fighting all night.

Gorgeous Villa Accommodation

I stayed in the Suning Villa (number 2) - This villa is beautifully styled, clean and very accurate to the online photos. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the aircon worked a treat. They provided a bowl of fresh fruit, a minibar and toiletries. Nice personal touches with fresh flowers and a pretty offering. The staff are lovely and attentive. The small pool is shared with Villa 1 (so be mindful if you're not travelling with another couple or friend). Fantastic location, with everything you'd possibly need right outside. I have already recommended this place to my friends Loved it
I'm not a light sleeper (so it didn't bother me) however Villa 1 & 2 are located just off the main road and the road noise/dogs may be a problem for some. Request one of the rear villas and you'll be right... The accomodation is quite pricey compared to a lot of others on the street, but it is beautiful

Great location in ubud

The location and value of the villa is brilliant.
We stayed here mid way through our honeymoon. On the first night we was given our first villa and they had prepared the most beautiful display of flowers and fruit hamper for us. The bathroom looked like it had been recently decorated and was probably bigger than the bedroom.
We did not sleep well in this first villa due to the road traffic noise and the only space to sit outside was on 2 beanbags!
After a quick conversation with the hotel staff they quickly accommodated us and moved us to the bottom end of the resort into a new villa. The room was the same but the bathroom looked a little tired.
Despite this we still had a great time with a beautiful floating breakfast in our private pool.
You are very close to the main restaurants and bars and not too far from monkey forest. We found we could walk to most places when staying here.

Excellent Stay

Wonderful suite! Fun style and very comfortable. Close to bars and restaurants- super great food on site! I highly recommend for a wonderful stay in Ubud! Friendly staff and very clean and well appointed rooms! If you are looking for a great stay check out Sender Pools! Great for families
