The best of Property was the sheer hospitality of
Staff. Very inclusive and welcoming. There on forward the Hotel had simply fantastic aesthetics, decorations and food options. We are excited to visiting the Hotel again and enthusiastically looking forward to it :)

Booked this hotel by mistake as there are two Eros hotels in New Delhi owned by the same company. As I booking was for 3 days I hoped they would be reasonable and charge me for one day. However they point black refused to do anything at all. While it was my mistake I would have hoped they would have been more understanding . Especially as I was moving to their own sister hotel. Compared to the Shangri-la Eros this place is very dated indeed.

Lots to like - good location to get to the meetings I had to attend without getting so caught up in the terrible Dehli traffic. Helpful staff who were flexible to allow a slightly later check out time. Bed for comfortable. Nice welcome touches in the room, including some fruit and chocolates.

Eros hotel staff extremely responsive to customers' needs. It seems customer satisfaction is their mantra.
I have no qualms referring this hotel to my friends.

This is probably my 10th stay in Eros and is like second home to me. There are many long-term staff members, and it has an old school charm to it. The service is phenomenal, and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices for all tastes. The bar has a nice happy hour. There is a nice garden out back, for walks and a nice pool for summers. The Lotus temple and many restaurants are all walking distance. There is a large park nearby for morning walks. I cannot recommend Eros enough.
