Beware scam
The LICEC is very noisy as it is in the same location of the convention center, in he middle of the night you can hear workers screaming and working.
The Leo Biz is a good hotel situated very far from the convention centre.
We were told that if we book anything with the word "Biz" then we will get the good room and if we book LICEC it's cheaper and we get the lousy room. This time we very well booked the Leo Biz room and when we went there we were given the LICEC room and was told that this is what we have booked and nothing else was available. We were forced to stay in the LICEC room with all the noise and the every bathroom leaks, it's a very dark room and the window opens to the open area (sewage) its not safe too. Don't leave your valuables in the room, not hat I've lost anything but, the window opens to an open area and anyone can come from there thru the window.
If you. Ok, make sure you book the rooms which is near the sun n moon restaurant and not the licec for a pleasurable stay.
