Good property with decent sized rooms

We booked this property via Agoda and stayed for 1 night. This is very near to the Shree Mahalaxmi Ambabai temple. (10 mins walking distance). They have ample parking (Basement and outside). Rooms are also decently sized and extremely clean and well maintained. We booked 1 deluxe room. Breakfast was included with our stay. Only issue was that the server has to bring in the options to your table. There is no buffet. This actually wastes a lot of time.
Also had dinner here. We ordered one Chicken pahadi kebab and Paneer tikka masala with butter roti. All the items were delicious.
Would surely recommend this place to anyone visiting kolhapur.

They are fraud

Please book with them if you want to be cheated of your money. They will tell you to make advance payment to hold the room with 24 hr cancellation clause but will never refund your money even if you cancel 6 days in advance. That is my experience. I have been trying to get my advance payment for last 5 days and I am getting the same answer ‘ we will talk to our Manager and get back to you’. No one ever calls back nor will they refund.
