Best hotel we’ve stayed in from start to finish!

From start to finish it was the most amazing experience at Kozmo. We had stayed in a different hotel the night before, had an awful experience and checked out early. We booked Kozmo as we needed to save the weekend from disaster.
We got a free room upgrade to the superior double room which was massive and absolutely beautiful. We told the hostess at the reception about our previous bad experience and she was so lovely and gave us complimentary access to the spa. Could not fault the staff they were so polite and lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant. The prawn tagliatelle was stunning and the truffle mash was the star of the show. Wouldn’t think twice about coming back!

Location is not exactly in the heart of the city, but it is not far away. Very clean and I personally love the facility and design of the hotel, the cherry on top is the heart warming service, overall definitely worth the price if you want a comfy and classy place to stay it's the one, but if you want a room with river view, maybe go with Intercontinental or marriot but their appearance does not look to nice

Luxurious retreat in Budapest

Amazing service, spacious rooms, elegant design and upscale food. Also, the spa is beautiful and even allowed my child to join me during certain hours. Concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful in arranging errands and booking great dinner spots.

Superb, highly recommended

Beautifully renovated building in an ideal location with excellent public transport connections. Friendly and welcoming staff. Well appointed rooms, stunning public areas and very good breakfast spread. An excellent Hilton HHonors redemption!
