Beautiful Place

This is a beautiful place to relax and spend time with your family. The scenery is beautiful. The POOL is big. Usually, it is quiet. This was our third visit. Unfortunately, there were some guys drinking out of glass bottles around the pool. They were a little loud. I spoke to security and was told, "I'm afraid to say anything. They might hit me."
Weekdays are quiet. Holidays and weekends can get a little noisy. Hopefully, the powers that be will see this review and correct the situation.

too expensive for what the hotel actually offers, To get to the beach you have to cross many puddles and dirty places, They don't care about the guest, the elevator doesn't work and you have to go up 4 levels

My over all experience was good, the villa was fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals; but by chance I happened to speak to a staff member who communicated to the restaurant was closed due to the pandemic, the 'free breakfast' advertisement on the site is incorrect, but other than the place is lovely.

Everything was great. Our villa was in great shape, appliances were like new, place was clean. I had one issue - tv in our villa was damaged, so image did not display properly. Also, there is no cable TV service, so they have DVD movies that you can check out. I would recommend bringing a Roku streaming stick or chromecast so that you can connect your cell. Also, power went out and the property does not have their own generator, so there is that. Pool could use some maintenance and upkeep.
