My husband and I stayed two weeks, the structure is surrounded by greenery, we had the room on the ground floor overlooking the garden, very clean, spacious and fresh, equipped with both air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Janna, the owner, nice person and very helpful to every need.
What about the breakfast, wonderful, is buffet, where you will find everything, sweet, savory, yogurt and fresh fruit and much more, all abundant and served in the beautiful garden.
The location is optimal in the center of Sami, a village with a nice promenade and full of restaurants and shops.

A lovely place to stay.

Excellent small hotel offering bed and breakfast, in a central location just 5 minutes walk from a lovely coast and harbour.
The rooms are comfortable and very clean, Liana is a friendly and helpful host and there is a good choice available for breakfast.
There is a lovely small garden to sit in,
highly recommended for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Absence of elementary cleaning

The cleanliness is half majesty say and not unfair.A relatively good room with nice mountain views and quiet garden for breakfast. Access to the second floor is difficult for older people, as the staircase is narrow and twisted. However, these are not enough when the cleanliness of the room is at zero. In the room there were garbage of previous tenants, such as lipstick under the bed and a piece of ticket on the window. The surprise was when the last day I looked under the bed if any object had fallen. The dust, spider tissue and garbage seemed to have been wiped out over 15 days. The refrigerator was old and dirty. The toiletries in the bathroom were sad with the shower cable being broken and leaking and the toilet basin dirty and with dirt at the bottom just like the public ones. The hand washing liquid is completely empty... the bathroom window is full of cushions, even though the birds have abandoned their nests. I was especially disappointed by the unthinkable amount I paid for the room. As others wrote, good courtesy and kindness of the owner, but would be evaluated only if the room was offered for free. But the moment you pay with prices of European countries (in Vienna I paid the same money in the hotel Citadel which was all new and shining by cleaning) you have the corresponding requirements. Not to hate touching all surfaces.

A bit quirky and a bit old fashioned but an excellent choice

Great location less than five minutes walk from the centre of Sami. Very helpful hostess, spotlessly clean studio wit sufficient facilities to cook a simple meal - fridge, small hob. Super breakfast, which we ate in the breakfast room because it was a bit chilly in the mornings. In a quiet side street only 100m from the seafront and a nice pedestrian walkway to Karavomylos. Only 800m to the ferry port if you're going to Ithaca. Recommended
