Really enjoyed it. The weather was nice. The beach was nice. The food was good and the staff in the hotel were very plea
Was a bit apprehensive when we booked the hotel because I read the reviews of other people. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It was clean tidy and the food was nice. The beach which was at the bottom of the hill from the hotel was just lovely in October the water was warm and the waves were Calm and one could swim in it. The only downfall was the transfer bus dropped us at the bottom of the hotel hill and we had to drag our luggage up and there was no concierge service to help or any golf buggies. The hotel staff were very pleasant and warm, helpful people.
We booked a boat trip from the hotel which was very nice too. It took us around the island and dropped us back which was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a quiet stay because the hotel is situated in Olive Grove and a beautiful beach right at the bottom of the hotel .

One of the bad experiences that I and my family had together.
Booking on this Resort almost destroyed our holidays. Thankfully not all hotels and Resorts in the area are of such frightening condition. I write here because luckily we did not fall for it..I upload photos of the room that do not correspond at all to those shown on various websites. A truly horrible Resort. The pool cannot be defined as a real Resort pool. It's about the restaurant or the bar, I can't do any Rating. We ran away after seeing the horrible conditions of the room.

Beautiful hotel in nice location with friendly and kind staff.
The room clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom quite small with obvious signs of lack of maintenance (spongebob rusted, marks of mold in the corners and the pressure in the shower too low). At the minus that it has no hangers for the towels (a hanger had and this was unskinned ready to fall)
Also, there was no balcony flooring for towels and swimsuit.
The buffet with great variety in the dishes which were very tasty and tasty. In minus the area of the restaurant where there was no air conditioning and there were open windows and fans so many flies circulated in the food.
The price-service ratio is expensive but could with a little better maintenance and some additions be a good choice for holidays.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!
I cannot explain how bad this hotel is, the money you spend will be a waste and good luck ever getting a refund. The staff are rude and when you voice your complaints the manager gets defensive and denies all, no accountability ever taken.
Rooms are dirty and cheap often not being cleaned. They also do not have safe locks on or fire alarms. The photos are taken very strategically and miss all the moulded areas around the pool and flies on the food. This is the worst hotel i have ever been too and I would encourage everyone to stay well clear.

Awful hotel, food and the worst manager
Worst hotel experience. Firstly my sons girls blanket was taken from the room which we thought was just done by a mistake by the cleaners unfortunately the staff were very unhelpful and didn’t really care even when we explained she had it from birth and it’s very sentimental to her, so we spoke to the hotel manager but before we could get a word out he was very defensive and starting shouting at us then told us we were lying and his receptionist and cleaner where going to search the rooms which we agreed to but they went through everything opening our suitcases bags and backpacks. The blanket went missing on day 2 and we had been trying to get it back since then unfortunately we never got it back and the manager didn’t even apologise to us. Now onto the hotel unfortunately not great either the rooms were cheap and dirty. We only had a sheet in our room as our cover nothing else. The bathroom in our room smelt of sewage the door handle on the main door fell off and we had to try and screw it back on ourselves otherwise our room would have been left open. The food wasn’t awful but you get no variety you get 6 dishes on a hot plate and salad. The breakfast was the worst part it was eggs, tomatoes with grated cheese, and what was supposed to be bacon but definitely wasn’t then 3 pastry’s for you hot breakfast. Cold breakfast fruit a choice of 3 cereals with warm milk, and 2 cheeses and 2 cold meats with bread brown or white, so if you are a fussy eater this isn’t the place for you we ate out every single day. The toilets in the hotel don’t have locks on the doors so had to go back to room if I needed the toilet but only spent one day there in the end so wasn’t to bad for us. It’s very out of the way of everything so I would suggest hiring a car like we did as it was the best thing we did. All in all I would say avoid this hotel there are definitely better hotels for the same price.
