Hotel very good place
Very good welcome where the staff is at little care to meet our requests, very good bedding and pleasant sea view room at dawn with tourist boats in the distance entering the port.
Parking being an additional asset, we will come back.

Clean bedding. COCKROACHES swarming everywhere. Dirty walls .We arrived too late to change hotels unfortunately. Something really should be done. Very friendly person at the reception despite everything.................

Cockroach has home
Well I confirm the opinion below
There are cockroaches, I had a small one which woke me up the 2nd night because it was on my arm damn and this evening another one which is walking around peacefully
I didn't understand the concept for the color of the room
Then there are people who live in the hotel and make a lot of noise
In short, I didn't have the best 3 nights of my life
Last waking up I came across 2 cockroaches see photos + 1 in my shower that I drowned
You never feel alone at ibis budget
Frankly there are solutions against cockroaches there are pipettes called magnum 5 we stick it in the corners and in a few days it's over
100€ for a cockroach na home yuck
The toilet door with I don't know what on it
No, frankly, it's scary when you're not used to it

Exceptional welcome, very clean Pension with sea view!
The staff was attentive and very professional.
We were welcomed by the director Mr BOUDELAA.
The room was comfortable spacious for a family and very clean.
We came to Marseille to visit the region with the family.

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel for a night. First and foremost, the reception staff we interacted with were exceptional. Each receptionist was more delightful than the last, and their warmth and professionalism far exceeded our expectations.
While the common areas were well-maintained and clean, we did encounter several issues with our room. The key issues are as follows:
Cockroach Infestation: Unfortunately, the room was infested with cockroaches. We found them on our clothes, by the curtains, and in the bathroom. This is completely unacceptable.
Non-Functioning Safe: The safe in the room did not work.
Unpleasant Smells: There was a distinct odor of mildew and sewer in both the room and the shower area. When we first checked in, the smell was quite overwhelming. We opened the window and, due to the non-functioning safe, took all of our valuables including our heavy laptop with us when we went out for the evening. Although the smell had diminished slightly upon our return, it was still quite strong, particularly in the bathroom. We decided to sleep with the window open, but since it was cold outside, we went to reception to request extra blankets, which unfortunately were unavailable. We then tried to use the window lock system that allows the window to remain slightly open for ventilation while preventing anyone from entering, but the lock was broken.
Stains on Walls and Floor: There were several dried stains on the walls and floor that made us uneasy, as they appeared similar to those caused by bed bugs. While we did not experience any bites, we were nervous throughout the night. Photos will be provided.
Unpleasant Balcony View: Although we had a partial sea view, it was marred by the sight of underwear and razors discarded on the balcony area below us.
Strong Paint Odor: While the room appeared freshly painted, the odor was overwhelming and unpleasant.
