Not worthy of three stars!

Reception and staff not customer friendly.
Three-course menus are served within an hour.
Limited, yet enough, choice of menu.
Drinks too expensive. (Bottle of mineral water from supermarket REWE, 0.75cl, costs five euros (purchase 60 eurocents!)
Yogurt/curd cheese at Lidl breakfast
Bathrooms kit edges mold and defective shower enclosure and suspension shower head.
No responses from management to written recommendations.
Customer there is no king!!!

Hotel Willmeroth is not such a good choice at the moment.

Is definitely not recommended. Bedroom is OK if you get a room with balcony.!
Shower OK, although with broken and dirty doors etc. But toilet- closet and chest / tray is dirty and full of dirty brown poop water.
Breakfast MODERATE. Is poorly replenished and you have to ask in the kitchen every time if bread, coffee, meat, cheese egg and yogurt can be replenished. Otherwise, you miss out and there are only leftovers less common products. The incl. Halbpension dinner is also substandard and if you choose an à la carte menu-list dish you get a discount of only 25% (approx. 4-5 EURO)!!
Drink pricing policies are also inscrutable. For example mineral water 0.75 cl first day € 3.80 , but price rises by the day to as much as € 5.0 0 on our last (fourth day) of our package. If you say something of that you get a sneer back but no prize like or earlier days. Very unfriendly and disinterested staff who only say that e.a. is instruction from the BIG boss (who that is remains unclear). If this is the case, ABSOLUTE frader and advice will not continue to book until improvements have been made.
Too bad, because place is ideal as a starting point for cycling tours in the area.

Welcoming is not at home here.

The hotel is incredibly expensive for what it offers. From the Service it is more like a fitter's pension. From the price you expect Service, friendliness, a certain something. There is almost never anyone to be seen at reception. We couldn't check in until 5:30. There was no excuse for that, there wasn't even a friendly face. In the room noisy an unappetizing refrigerator. For breakfast there was neither black nor green tea. The canteen is ugly and it smells like roast fat. The cheap teabags lay open in a cardboard box where everyone could dig around. There was a cheese that was already sweating and otherwise disgusting sausages. Again, no welcome, no response to complaints. If you don't feel like giving people a nice weekend, you should hang up the job. The whole thing is an absolute outrage.

Never again

The Greek host and his staff are incredibly unfriendly. The inn WAS a local treasure before the family gave up. Now: they open when they want, close when they want. Supposedly open until 2pm. We were there at 1.20 p.m. to eat lunch, the innkeeper gawked at us and chased us out. 'No matter what the opening hours were, he's taking a lunch break now' he let us know. The locals have turned their backs on the inn, partly thanks to the far less good food than before. One can only hope that excursionists will be better considered with the service/offer. For the locals, this place has taken care of itself

Disaster

We wanted to have a drink outside at 'Brauerplatz' around 8pm.
There were 4 other people in the otherwise deserted beer garden (note: the name was not "dining garden")
The waitress came and told me that it was not possible to just have a drink.
Drinks would only be available here in connection with food...!
Incredible!!!!!
Better no sales at all than sales for drinks.
Conclusion: Here you are not welcomed as a guest, but as an opponent!
I can't believe what a high horse you ride here.
