A holiday park to visit

A somewhat old holiday park ,where some is in need of repair and refurbishment .Otherwise we liked it very much .The staff was very nice and responded to all wishes and inquiries (except the colleagues from the bowling alley whereby this could then be well clarified).
But what I don't want to miss is a lot of praise to the organizers and performers of the New Year's Eve event , whether in the kitchen as well as in front of and behind the counter our personal waiter and the DJ also the photo box with the artist and who else contributed to the successful turn of the year. Hats off it was just great.

Satisfied but with room for improvement!

We have already been on class trips to the Hasseröder Holiday Park several times and have always been very satisfied. However, over time, quite a bit has changed. That the park has aged a bit is understandable after over 20 years. Nevertheless, we are satisfied with the facilities and cleanliness.
However, I do not understand why the houses for students have now been moved to the mountain due to complaints from residents, as there are also residents there. It is also less pleasant that a teacher now has to act as a supervisor in the bathroom for every 10 students; with 2 teachers for 30 students, this is somewhat problematic and was not communicated in advance.
Prices have risen quite a bit in recent years, so it will soon no longer be possible to take class trips to this park. What a pity!

Aged.

On the occasion of a larger family gathering, we spent three days at the Hasseröder Holiday Park, but we experienced our stay with mixed feelings. The facility has a lot of potential, is beautifully designed, and is particularly attractive for families; however, there are now some significant weaknesses.
Positively noteworthy are the child-friendly design of the facility with many play options and the practical indoor playground right next to the restaurant and beer garden. The reception staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and uncomplicated. We also enjoyed the à la carte dining in the beer garden, and gluten-free options were available.
Unfortunately, there are numerous points that significantly tarnish the overall impression. From our perspective, the price-performance ratio is not right. For the prices charged, the accommodations are partly in too poor a condition. Bed linens, towels, and curtains have holes or stains in some cases, the furniture is aged, the kitchens are minimally equipped, and there is a noticeable backlog of renovations in the houses. There is mold in the showers, as well as clearly visible signs of wear that are no longer up to date. Also, mosquito nets are missing, which would be urgently needed on warm, humid days.
In the gastronomic area, the staff shortage was clearly noticeable. The staff in the restaurant and bar appeared permanently stressed and overwhelmed, making guests not always feel welcome. After 9 PM, neither drinks nor food were served in the beer garden, and for us as a larger group, there were hardly any seating options left after about 9:30 PM. The temperatures in the restaurant were also very uncomfortably humid, both for the guests and the employees.
Other points of criticism included the frequently unattended reception, a lack of direct dialing to the restaurant, and limited pool hours.
Overall, one can feel the decline of the facility in many areas. However, with investments in the renovation of the buildings and better staffing, the holiday park could become significantly more attractive. The potential for that is definitely present.

Wernigerode City yes, holiday park not again

The house was equipped with the necessities, nothing more. It was clean but aging furniture. What was disappointing was that there was no soap or dish soap. Swimming pool and indoor were great and usable throughout the stay. The location was nice and quiet in the countryside with great views of the hunk. The city of Wernigerode is fantastic and has a lot to offer for families.
Really negative was the food, tasteless, too expensive and poor quality. Also the so-called ice cream voucher was in reality a voucher of 2€. Only that there was no ice cream for 2€, then you can save it.

House ok, service poor

True from 12.12.25-14.12.25 in the holiday park, The staff especially in the restaurant(female black long hair) cannot be surpassed in arrogance/unkindness and indifference. First and last time in the shed
