Super friendly staff. The hotel is well located and close to the center. The breakfast buffet is very rich for the price. Rooms are simply furnished and very clean. Highly recommended for a short business trip.

Budget
This was really a budget hotel. Shower in a bowl in the room, quite ufresht room with zero amenities, unclean surfaces, pillows were far below par and a lot of noise in the area. It helps little that Osnabruck was a sad place, even in the sun. The only plus was check-in without room key, but with code.

Great stay and nice welcome
Good location , easy to find and a very nice welcome. The room was great and if you had concerns you were helped friendly and quickly. Definitely come back again ! Breakfast is also highly recommended:)

For a short stay always my first address.
Nice little room with everything. Check in, check out and access to the building and the room are very smart and straightforward. Overall a simple accommodation at a good value for money. The staff at the reception are very friendly and accommodating.

Except for breakfast, all top.
For now, the positive:
Clean rooms and wet rooms.
In principle exactly what you wish for and the price totally acceptable.
After a good night we went to breakfast in a good mood.
Now the negative:
Ants met at the juice vending machine and must have removed sugar.
The milk from the machine remained cold, so the milk coffee also cooled. Although there was toast bread but no toaster to bake them.
Conclusion:
Great hotel with need for action.
Maybe my opinion is appreciated and something changes, so successors would have a top hotel again . Otherwise, everything stays the same.
