RECOMMENDED HOTEL
Nice frame and nice room. Very clean. Very friendly welcome. Food in the evening could be better. Was buffet style but food was not really hot. While breakfast certainly met the wishes. Definitely also a good base for visiting Düsseldorf and also the Christmas market in Neuss.

Echter, we vernemen dat het avondeten niet volledig aan uw verwachtingen voldeed doordat het niet warm genoeg was. Onze excuses hiervoor, we zullen dit intern bespreken om de kwaliteit van onze gerechten te waarborgen.
Desalniettemin zijn we blij dat het ontbijt wel aan uw wensen voldeed en dat onze locatie een goede uitvalsbasis bood voor uw bezoek aan Düsseldorf en de kerstmarkt in Neuss.

Nice location with a park around the corner, good value for money. Located directly on the motorway with a spacious parking space. Breakfast is excellent and the staff very friendly. We would love to come back sometime when we are back in the area.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the images and advertising on the Internet have nothing to do with reality. Our room was just above the exit to the side where everyone smoked and talked on the phone. Since we had to leave the window wide open because of the nasty smell and heat, the smell and smell scenery was accordingly loud and the night short. The room was very worn and the carpeting disgustingly stained. the only thing that was okay was the kindness of the staff, the dinner and a very good breakfast.! We are already grateful for that if you start the day well. Location to the DUS fair ideal. Unfortunately, the satnav drives up to a pass restriction and you have to go a few kilometers outside and a gr. Enter the house number, then you can also get there by car. I took pictures in the room, in case management cared.

Very pleasant stay with friendly staff and nice room!
The staff was very friendly at all times. We got a room upgrade and that was really very positive. Nice clean and well equipped room with bathroom.
The hotel looks inconspicuous from the outside, but inside it exceeded our expectations. There is also a nice bar and restaurant.
