Good location, helpful staff, and a comfortable stay

The hotel is clean, at good lication and the air conditioning works great. Having two elevators was very convenient, and we loved the lobby machine that provided fresh sparkling water day and night.
All of the staff were genuinely nice and helpful. When our airline delayed our luggage (which was supposed to be delivered to Hotel Marc), the staff went out of their way to share their experience and tips on how other guests handled similar issues, which was immensely helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Munich!

Comfortable 4-star hotels near Munich Hauptbahnhof

Business-friendly location for sightseeing, less than a 10-minute walk from Munich Central Station. Room. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Air conditioning is available. We were also pleased with the free coffee server service, mineral water service is only available for the first night, but there is a water dispenser in the lobby.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the housekeeping team was exceptionally friendly throughout my stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to the main train station and public transportation, although the surrounding area feels a bit shady at night. My only disappointment was the check-in experience, as the front desk staff on arrival came across as rather cold and not particularly welcoming, even though the other front desk staff I met during the day were friendly. Overall, a comfortable stay, with the friendly housekeeping team standing out.

Exactly what you'd expect of a hotel at this price. Smart, clean, functional, friendly. Good breakfast if a little expensive. Plenty of opportunity to get your euro's worth

Had an amazing stay at Marc. Beautiful rooms with really good air conditioning which was really important during this heat wave. Pleasant rooms, well lit with a view out to a quiet courtyard. Easy walking distance to train station, Marienplatz and all the great sights.
