Great stay!

Great place - Highly recommended!
I was greeted very friendly upon my arrival.
The offer at breakfast was extraordinarily varied and abundant
The room was very clean - always happy to do so again!

Very nice hotel wit some small things to improve

Hotel in itself is very nice and clean Breakfast is fantastic
Rooms are clean but not cleaned every day.
No King size or Queen beds are available inn the hotel..
to buy some snack or soft drinks you need to have coins (Euro), I had not , so was not able to buy any snack or soft drink :-(

For 220€ in a filthy room facing the motorway

Leverkusen was heavily booked. The carpet in the room is covered with stains and the bathroom unfortunately has a lot of mold. The hotel is totally outdated and in urgent need of renovation. Great is the view directly into the stadium. Staff were friendly. My window I could not open because 50m away at eye level despite 3rd floor the highway is vis-a-vis. As emergency accommodation ok - but over 220€ are inappropriate

Ageing. The check-in and check-out took an incredible amount of time, even though we had previously registered by email. The food and service were good. In the room, the highway and air conditioning were very noisy. Not even a bottle of water in the room.

Too expensive, never 4 star superior.

The prices for breakfast, respectively dinner, drinks at the bar are unfortunately completely excessive.
Mattresses are complete, wrapped in PVC and only covered with a very thin duvet cover, which causes a heavy sweating. An open window is unfortunately also not possible because next to it is the highway.
For football fans I think this hotel is sufficient, anyone else I can not recommend it.
